  This bank is fine. And yes it’s small, yes the queues can be long at certain times of the day but this is the same for every bank in Brixton. I experience the same level of wait time and great customer service in Barclays, Halifax and Santander it’s not the lack of staff it’s the mass amount of people who live, work and pass through Brixton. Those who have a problem with it should start using the not so new deposit machines or go to one of the next branches such as Streatham Balham or Clapham or potentially use the telephone banking system or the app???? always whinging.

  Good service is hard to come by. Every time I have been, they have been polite and helpful and keen to keep the queue moving.
  
  Today was no different but after a miscount by the cashier shorting my deposit by £10, I marched back prepared for the usual "computer says no" response I am so used to, but the floor manager attended to me immediately, traced the error and I had the problem solved with a personal call by the end of the day.
  
  Everyone is so quick to complain online, but credit where credit is due. This team has it together.
